Introverted Lighthouse is an installation concept. Standing five stories tall, it rises in isolation amidst the darkness. The structure features a spiral staircase that leads from the darkness into harsh, suffocating light, as well as, walls made of ribbed glass, onto which the shadows of ascending and descending individuals are cast.

The Introverted Lighthouse directs its light inward instead of outwards and with its square shape deviates from the typical silhouette of lighthouses. It reflects the challenges introverted people face in the contemporary western society, which heavily values extraversion and stands as a monument to introversion.
